When you allow us to collect information from you, we anonymously collect data that are directly related to how you interact with the application, without ever collecting any data that are regarded as user content. We never collect data about your sessions, your card nor your agents. Below is the list of data that are collect based on your consent:
Session creation initiation count: when and how many times users clicked the session create button. (Anonymous tracking only)
Session creation completion count: when and how many times users finished the session creation process. (No personal data collected)
Session deletion: when and how many times users deleted sessions. (Fully anonymous tracking)
LLM call count: when and how many times users interacted with which AI model. (No inference content stored, completely anonymous)
Add messages: when and how many times users added messages. (Message content never collected, only anonymous counts)
Cards creation: when and how many character or plot cards users created. (Anonymous creation metrics only, no card content stored. Card token count collected.)
Cards deletion: when and how many character or plot cards users deleted. (Anonymous deletion metrics only, no card content stored. Card token count collected.)
Flow creation initiation count: when and how many times users clicked the flow create button. (Anonymous tracking only)
Flow creation completion count: when and how many times users finished the agent creation process. (No agent data collected)
Flow deletion: when and how many times users deleted sessions. (Fully anonymous tracking)
API connection status: when and how many times users connected to which provider and whether the connection was successful. (No personal connection data stored)
Version updates: when and which application versions users installed or upgraded to. (Anonymous version tracking only, no personal data collected)
2. How We Use the Information We Collect
We may use your information for any of the following purposes:
Provide and administer the Services;
Detect and prevent fraud, criminal activity, or misuses of our Service, and to ensure the security of our IT systems, architecture, and networks;
Comply with legal obligations and legal process and to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you, or other parties, including to enforce our Terms of Service and any other agreements.
